Known as Tree House Leeks and characterized by their waxy leaves arranged in rosettes. Rosettes come in a variety of colors and variegations.  A tree-like form that grows slowly and different varieties grow from 3" to 3 feet. Aeonium goes dormant in the summer. Likes full sun to part shade. Easy to propagate with leaf and stem cuttings. Zone 9
