Salvia officinalis- Variegated leaves of pink, white and purple. This culinary sage used mostly as a decorative use. More slower growing than the other sages but still as useful as a herb. Harvest leaves throughout the summer. Use fresh, fried or ground. Add to t pork, lamb and soups and Thanksgiving dressing.
