Sansevieria’s have stiff sword-like leaves that are broad and upright. They come in a variety of unique banded patterns and markings and all different sizes from eight inches to three feet tall. White flowers may appear in the spring. They are low light tolerant, making them an ideal plant for low light areas. Easy to take care of and a popular choice for beginners. Sansevieria’s are a type of succulent and  enter a dormant period in the winter. Only water when completely dry.
